Advanced research methods (6 points)

Synopsis:

Objectives: On completion of this unit students will: 1. have acquired an advanced level of understanding of the major principles of applied research design; 2. have been exposed to a broad cross-section of research designs relevant to organisational research; 3, have developed the ability to address the limitations and problems associated with undertaking applied research practice; 4. have acquired an advanced knowledge of structural equation modelling (LISREL); 5. be able to undertake LISREL analysis competently; and 6. have had the opportunity to develop their oral communication skills.
