Objectives: Students completing this subject should be able to (1) understand the elements of economic reasoning; (2) apply economic concepts to the analysis of a range of commercial law problems; and (3) engage in rigorous policy analysis of commercial law initiatives from an economic perspective.

Assessment: Research assignment (3750 words): 50% + Final examination (1.5 hours): 50%
