Synopsis:

Objectives: Upon completion students will able to demonstrate: 1. An understanding of leading edge thinking and practice in the field of sustainable production and consumption. 2. The ability to analyse systems of production and consumption in terms of sustainability. 3. The knowledge and skills required to develop and apply systems of sustainable production and consumption in an organisation.

Assessment: Essay (2000 words): 45% + Case study (2000 words): 45% + Class presentation: 10%
