Synopsis:

Objectives: Upon successful completion of the three practica units, students should have developed advanced knowledge and skills for assessment, counselling and intervention; advanced report writing skills; an advanced knowledge of local human service systems and an understanding of legal or ethical issues relevant to the specialist fields of counselling or educational & developmental psychology.

Assessment: Supervisor evaluations: 100%. EDF6507 is evaluated as pass grade only

Contact Hours: 144 hours (18 days) of clinical placement experience

Prerequisites: Satisfactory performance in relevant academic units
