Objectives: Assessment: A precondition for a pass in this method is a pass in Teaching Practice and an 80% attendance rate for all timetabled classes. Students must also have attained a satisfactory level of achievement for each of the following tasks: an essay on Jewish Philosophy-20 %, Seminar preparation and presentation-30%, a Project involving the development of a unit of work on either Jewish History or an aspect of the Jewish Religion-50% Contact Hours: 3 hours per week Prerequisites: Recognised three-year degree or equivalent . Preferred candidates must have undertaken studies in one or both (1) Hebrew literature (2) Language and Jewish studies/history |
