Synopsis:

Objectives: Upon successful completion of the unit, the students should have acquired an appreciation of themselves as learners and how classrooms can be places where teachers as well as children can learn [professional issues]; techniques in making observations, giving directions, asking questions and providing explanations, developed and refined in contexts of practice [techniques and skills]; skills in planning and managing small group learning sessions, including ICTs utilized for these purposes [planning and management].

Assessment: Satisfactory completion of semester 1 fieldwork requirements (equivalent to 3000 words): 75% Pass grade only + Folio of practical activities related to ICT in Education (equivalent to 1000 words): 25%. Pass grade only
