Synopsis:

Objectives: Upon successful completion of this unit, students should possess a general knowledge of the concepts of digital logic as applied to robotics and monitoring devices; have developed user skills in relation to the construction of and programming of computer controlled robotic models and monitoring devices.

Assessment: Report based on personal learning journal and professional reading: 30%; Group presentation of Control Technology Project: 20%; Examination (2 hours): 50%
