Objectives: On completion of this course, candidates should be able to: 1. Provide an overview of the range of psychoteherapies and the indications and contraindication for the use of these therapies for particular patients and conditions. 2. Demonstrate the skills required in using supportive psychotherapy and crisis intervention techniques.
