Graduate Certificate in Human Resources

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources is designed primarily for graduates from a range of disciplines who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in the area of managing employment relations, including human resource management and industrial relations.

Course structure

(a) Students must complete two core units (12 credit points):

(b) Students must complete two elective units (12 credit points) from graduate units offered by the Department of Management, other departments in the Faculty of Business and Economics or other faculties, subject to course director approval.
Students considering articulation into the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources should undertake the first-year units specified for that course.
Students who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Human Resources may apply for admission to either the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or the Graduate Diploma of Business (Management).
