Synopsis: As for VSA2040.

Assessment: Visual test 1.5 hours: 40% + Essay (3000 words): 60% with the additional requirement that third-year students will be expected to read more widely and work at a higher level than second-year students.

Contact Hours: 2 hours (1 lecture and 1 tutorial) per week plus 2 hour screening

Prerequisites: One unit at second-year level in visual culture or comparative literature and cultural studies
