Synopsis: As for SCY2470

Assessment: Seminar presentation and report (2500 words): 50% + Class test (2 hours-2000 words equiv): 40% + Class presentation and participation: 10% + Third-year students will be expected to demonstrate a greater degree of sophistication in their written work.

Contact Hours: 2 hour seminar per week

Prerequisites: A first-year sequence in Sociology or permission
