Synopsis: The unit consists of four units as follows: Unit 1: Technology and Project Assessment, including ideas generation and risk assessment; Unit 2: Technology and Project Management, including cost-benefit analysis and software tools; Unit 3: Financial Management, including profit and loss statements and management reporting; Unit 4: Communication and Presentation Skills, including teamwork and negotiation skills.

Assessment: Workshops/assignments: 50% + Examination: 50%
