Synopsis: A study in depth of a particular topic in music under the direct supervision of a staff member.

Assessment: Critical essay (9000 words): 100% OR Critical essay of (3600 words): 40% and Recital/demonstration (40 minutes): 60% + Students wishing to further their studies at PhD level should do the 9000-word essay

Contact Hours: 1 hour seminar and 2 hours individual study per week
