Synopsis: Topics include the surveillance of infectious disease; sexually transmitted disease; infectious diseases in developing countries; parasites; vectors; exotic diseases; viral diseases; prevention & control of infectious disease; antibiotic policy; mathematical modelling of infectious disease & of vaccine use in control.

Assessment: Attendance + Discussion participation + Class presentation
