Synopsis: MKX9230 seeks to develop an understanding of the importance of tourism to the wine culture including the relationship between wine and food in the promotion of wineries, regionality, and the role of festivals and events as part of the integrated tourism product.

Assessment: Assignment 1 (2,000 words): 20% Assignment 2 (2,000 words): 20% Group Assignment (6,000 words):60%
