Synopsis: This subject challenges students to consider the implications of a rapidly changing work environment, in which the impact of technology will be a major force. Students will develop a critically reflective approach to their analysis of the developments in technology, key performance indicators in relation to retail technology as a competitive tool in the retail industry.

Assessment: Assignment (4000 words): 40% + Paper (3000 words): 30% + Project (3000 words): 30%
