International manufacturing (6 points)

Synopsis: Selected international studies covering issues of strategy and best practices in manufacturing and operations management. Students analyse the relevance of specific issues presented in the Australian context.

Assessment: One individual assignment (2000 words): 30% + Group assignment I (in pairs) (2000 words per student): 20% + Group assignment II (group of 4 students, approximately 4000 words per student): 50%

Contact Hours: 3-hour class per week

Prerequisites: Must have passed four 9000-level units
