Data analysis for organisational and management research (6 points)

Synopsis: Graphical and multivariate data analysis techniques to communicate information derived from large scale survey data. Desktop and mainframe information technology is integrated to analyse data from various surveys. Teaching strategies include weekly workshop sessions dealing with the principles of data analysis; practical computer laboratory sessions; individual and team-based exercises.

Assessment: Three individual assignments (2000 words each): 20% each + Examination (2 hours): 40%

Contact Hours: 3-hour class

Prerequisites: Entry into honours in Faculty of Business and Economics
