Synopsis: Students will enrol in one of two clinics: sexual assault or family law. Under supervision, students will interview clients, provide legal advice and prepare the relevant tribunal or court applications. In appropriate cases students may appear for their clients before the relevant tribunal.

Assessment: Casework at Clinic according to criteria available from coordinator: 80% + Written report: 20%

Contact Hours: One 3-hour clinic session per week

Prerequisites: Either LAW5120, LAW5216 or the placement in either LAW4162 or LAW4163
