Synopsis: As for JLG4862. Fifth-year students must consistently show a higher degree of expertise.

Assessment: Final examination (2 hours): 45% + Regular class tests: 15% + Oral presentation and seminar participation: 20% + Written assignments: 20% + Assessment talks and criteria will take into account the language level and background of students.

Contact Hours: 4 hours (2 x 2 hour seminars) per week

Prerequisites: Monash post-level D Japanese or equivalent
