Contemporary issues in the information society (6 points)

Synopsis: A series of seminars will be presented by leading practitioners from private businesses, government, consultancies and the academic community, who have a deep knowledge of current trends in the use of information management and systems in organisations covering issues central to the discipline. The presentations will aim to increase students' awareness and to stimulate discussion of how information management and systems practices could be improved.

Assessment: Assignments: 50% + Formal Supervised Assessment: 50%
