Synopsis: Assessing clients' needs for nursing care. Nursing health assessment is viewed in the context of nursing care models and acknowledges the need for nurses to systematically obtain client data in order to give competent care based upon the goal of health promotion. (This unit is currently under review and subject to change without notice).

Assessment: Two assignments: 60% + Take home examination: 40%
