Synopsis: Sampling designs and inference; confidence limits and tests on means, proportion, differences. Cross tabulation, with chi square, components of chi square and lambda; Simple and multiple linear regression; regression with non-linear terms; regression with dummy variables. Introduction to analysis of variance and experimentation. Uses Excel.

Assessment: 3 Assignments (15% each):45% + Examination (2 hours):55%
