Synopsis: Topics include business modelling with spreadsheets; the methodology of business modelling; linear programming; transportation and assignment problems; integer programming; network models and project scheduling problems.

Assessment: Written (2 assignments ): 20% + Tutorial tests: 20% + Examination (2 hours): 60%

Contact Hours: Two 1-hour lectures and one 2-hour practice class per week

Prerequisites: ETC1010 or ETC2010 or ETC1031
