Synopsis: This unit examines Resource Management including human, financial and administrative. Aspects of strategic planning, budgeting, Human Resource Management and Business plans will be covered. Examination of factors associated with developing and maintaining a capable organisation with effective and efficient resource management will be the key feature. Students will be expected to develop a Business Plan for an organisation relevant to their employment and experience.

Assessment: One essay, an Examination and a Business Plan (6,000-word equivalent)
