Synopsis: This unit has been designed to meet the needs of primary and secondary teachers wishing to further their knowledge of disability as the concept relates to language and communication disorders

Assessment: A critical essay reviewing the literature in depth on a selected approach to assessment and intervention for students with language and communication disorders (1600 words) (40%); Review of a current program for students with language and communication disorders (1600 words) (40%); Practical Exercise (800) (20%)
