Multimedia in Adult Education: Implementation and Evaluation (6 points)

Synopsis: Students will acquire skills in constructing multimedia artifacts such as images, audio, and video, and understanding and practical skills in applying these artifacts into an educational resource. Throughout the unit students will have the opportunity to critically evaluate educational multimedia products and their role in education and training

Assessment: All tasks negotiated but equivalent in total to 4,000 words: 1. Multimedia evaluation report (20%) 1,000 words + 2. Media rich project (80%) 3,000 words: Design and development of an educational multimedia resource.
