Applied general equilibrium economics (6 points)

Synopsis: The theory and applications of applied general equilibrium modelling. Introduction to associated issues in data compilation and computing. The study uses elementary calculus and matrix algebra.

Assessment: Written (assignments): 20% + Examination (3 hours): 80%

Contact Hours: Two 1.5-hour lecture/tutorial sessions per week

Prerequisites: ECC2000 and ECC2010 or equivalent; or permission
