Synopsis: Concepts a systems engineer needs for modelling systems. Mathematically-based textual notations. Commercial CASE tools and supported methods for modelling and analysing software systems. How to move from a high-level specification to implemented code.

Assessment: Assignments: 60% + Examination: 40%

Contact Hours: 4 hours per week

Prerequisites: CSE3021 or SFT3021 or equivalent
