Clinical practice (6 points)

Synopsis: Clinical practice is the practical side of the unit, and runs over both semesters. The first weekend will deal with finding points and practice with needling. The second weekend, will be devoted to case presentations which have been found over the years to be an excellent educational tool. Students will be allocated a mentor within close proximity and provided with at least ten sessions of practical instruction through the duration of the course.

Assessment: Clinical practice attendance with allocated mentor + Attendance at two weekend workshops
