Synopsis: Students will be assigned a supervisor and will be required to attend fortnightly supervisory meetings. Students will be required to engage in a significant piece of reading and research and write a dissertation of 16,000-18,000 words on a topic of their own choosing, under the supervision of a member of academic staff.

Assessment: 100% 15000-18,000 word thesis.

Contact Hours: Fortnightly supervisory meetings - 0.5 hours per fortnight.·
