Synopsis: Topics covered will include use of Excel and Visual Basic for Applications, functions and procedures, graphical user interface controls, use and limitations of time series data, data analysis and statistical issues related to goodness of fit of a model to data. AUTOCAD will be applied to an engineering problem.

Assessment: Examination (2 hours): 50% + Practical/project work: 50%
