Synopsis: This unit covers the nature of psychotherapy and outlines the common types of psychotherapy including individual long-term pysychotherapy, group pyschotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, family therapy, supportive psychotherapy and crisis intervention therapy.
