Synopsis: Topics include systems analysis, systems design principles, database design, data entry and validation, screen and report design, modular programming, menu-task systems, C programming, system and program documentation, data dictionaries, database definition, indexed files.

Assessment: Assignment: 20% + Examination (2 hours): 80%

Contact Hours: One 2-hour lecture and one 1-hour laboratory per week
