Bargaining and dispute resolution (6 points)

Synopsis: Issues included in the unit are theories and concepts concerning bargaining and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution; the legal framework within which workplace bargaining and dispute resolution take place; examination of relevant case studies and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Assessment: Student research paper (4000 words): 60% + Analysis of issues (2000-word paper): 30% + Class presentation: 10%

Contact Hours: Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial per week

Prerequisites: BTX9070 and MGX9220
