Synopsis: The minor thesis requires a student to undertake original research on an approved topic in the relevant field and to present that research in a paper of between 20,000 and 25,000 words in length. A topic has to be chosen in conjunction with the appointed supervisor from within the Department of Business Law and Taxation. Students will be required to spend 24 hours per week in private research and writing of the minor thesis over two semesters.
