Israel in the Ancient Near East: An Archaeological Perspective (6 points)

Synopsis: Synopsis As for ARY2250

Assessment: Document analysis (500 words): 10% + Essay (2,500 words): 55% + Examination (1,500 words, 1.5 hours): 35% + Students will be expected to show greater analytical skills and be encouraged to choose their own topics.

Contact Hours: 3 hours (2 lectures and 1 tutorial) per week over 10 weeks

Prerequisites: A first year sequence in Archaeology, or permission
