Offered: Synopsis: This subject aims to help students understand the nature and role of costs in management planning, control and decision making; prepare plans using cost-volume-profit techniques; prepare budgets; use discounted cash flow techniques to evaluate investment projects; use variances to control costs; and understand measures of divisional performance.
