Synopsis: This subject aims to integrate financial and non-financial aspects of planning, control and decision making in business. Topics include the nature and role of costs in management; cost-volume-profit techniques; budgeting; investment analysis and performance measurement.

Assessment: Tutorial: 10% + Assignment: 20% + Mid-semester test: 20% + Examination (3 hours): 50%
