Graduate Certificate in Medical Acupuncture


General information

This 24-credit-point course is offered through off-campus learning mode by the Department of General Practice. The course, which is supported by the Australian Medical Acupuncture College, is available to registered general practitioners engaged in part-time or full-time general practice.

The objectives of the course are:

The course is conducted part-time over a period of approximately 12 months and consists of the following four core units:

Assessment is by coursework participation, assignments, formal examination and clinical supervision including attendance at two compulsory weekend workshops.
