Graduate Certificate in Law (Tribunal Procedures)

This course allows tribunal members to obtain legal qualifications while at the same time gaining or developing relevant skills and knowledge.

Prior legal qualifications are not required, as the course commences with an introduction to the legal system, sources of law and principles for interpretation. The course offers an excellent opportunity for tribunal members to gain a postgraduate legal qualification.
Legally qualified members can update and refresh existing knowledge and legal skills as well as adding further competencies relevant to tribunal membership.
The Graduate Certificate in Law (Tribunal Procedures) is open to graduates in any discipline, or to those who have qualifications and experience deemed a suitable preparation for the course.
