The Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership is designed for students in a range of organisations in both the human service sector and corporate sector, who prefer being associated with a generic organisational, rather than an educational tag upon graduation.
To be eligible for admission to the course, applicants must hold either an approved three-year bachelors degree and an approved fourth year of study, or an approved four-year bachelors degree, or have qualifications or experience considered by the faculty board to be equivalent to, or a satisfactory substitute for, the above awards.
The course consists of 24 credit points of study. Students will complete the following two 12-point units:

Candidates who successfully complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership may complete a postgraduate diploma or a masters degree by undertaking a further two or four units respectively.
The Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership requires a minimum of at least one semester of full-time study and no more than two years of part-time study. Each of the units is one semester in length. The expected number of hours per week for a part-time student is 24.
