The masters qualifying with a research component is offered for on- campus study at Clayton only. The program provides a transition between the bachelors degree and the research masters or PhD, enabling students both to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary, and to demonstrate their suitability, for higher research.

Candidates for admission to the masters qualifying with a research component should normally hold a bachelors degree with a minimum of a credit average in the third part of the major sequence.
