12 points + 4 hours per week + Full-year + Berwick + Prerequisites: IMS1402, MMS1404; Corequisites: IMS1402, MMS2402; Prohibitions: IMS2404

Synopsis: Students will be required to undertake project development work, both by themselves and in groups. The projects will aim to give them practice in identifying multimedia opportunities and specifying product and system requirements, and in building multimedia products and system components. Project work will be carried out under the supervision of a member of academic staff, and wherever possible the projects will be drawn from real life clients.

Assessment: Examination: 20% + Assignments and project work: 80%
