Comparison with other types of business association and types of company under the corporations law Corporate personality 4. The corporation as a separate legal entity 5. Piercing the corporate veil Corporate structure 6. Corporate finance 7. Maintenance of Capital 8. The corporate constitution Corporations and the outside world 9. Corporate contracting Corporate mortality 10. Insolvency, voluntary administration and winding-up.

Assessment: Assignment: 40%; Take-home examination: 60%
