Transporation Design 2

3 points + First semester + Caulfield + 2 studio hours and 4 independent study hours per week + Prerequisite: IDE2806

Synopsis: Students are expected to develop their own concept proposals at the beginning of the semester. This will be in the form of a written document which outlines their intentions for a major exterior study based on stated parameters. This should include a discussion of the source material and technical aspects as well as reference to historical and contemporary contexts. Conceptual work should include initial designs, formally evaluated and technically detailed.

Assessment: Major Project: 80% + Research Essay: 20%
