Synopsis: Decision making: under certainty, under risk, under uncertainty. Decision Trees. Bayesian Theory. Spreadsheets. Simulation. Queuing Theory. Project Management. Financial Modelling. Forecasting: regression analysis, adaptive forecasting. Inventory Control: Economic Order Quantity, Economic Production Quantity, service level. Each topic is illustrated with a computer program for use on personal computers.

Assessment: Assignments: 40% + Examination (2 hours): 60% assessment.
