Synopsis: Principles of curriculum theory and development in a global era. Understanding competing motivations for internationalisation of curriculum. Identifying and developing international and inter-cultural skills. Knowledge transfer across cultural and national boundaries. Curriculum and pedagogic approaches appropriate for culturally diverse classrooms.

Assessment: Major essay (3000 words): 50%; minor essay (1500 words): 25%; folio (1500 words): 25%.
