G K Egan 4 points + 26 lectures, 26 hours of tutorial and laboratory classes + Clayton + Prerequisites: ECE3703 + Prohibitions: ECS4374 Synopsis: The process of designing and planning for implementation of systems consisting of computers, computing equipment and software, with the purpose of meeting a set of goals established at the outset. There will be a design project for which each student will be expected to develop a sound solution taking into account the functional requirements, the performance requirements and the sizing of components.
