Synopsis: Air data and air data systems; Control of aircraft dynamics; Fly by wire flight control; Inertial sensors and systems; Navigational systems; Display and man machine interaction; Auto pilots and flight management systems; Radar, Communications systems; Flight Instrumentation; Avionics systems integration; Electromagnetic interference and compatibility. An introduction to electromagnetic fields; their generation, propagation and reception, for communications and as interference. An introduction to modulation theory and noise.

Assessment: Examination (3 hours): 70% + Tests and assignments: 30%
